Nairobi independent gubernatorial candidate Miguna Miguna has been turned back by the IEBC for failing to present 2000 signatures in proper format.
It is a requirement that an aspiring gubernatorial candidate present 2000 signatures in Excel format. However, Miguna Miguna’s 2000 signatures were presented in Jpeg format, which the IEBC quickly dismissed.
It is required that when presenting nomination papers to the IEBC, signatures be presented in Excel format.
