Some teachers on board are undergoing a serious mental, physical and economical torture by their employers, the misuse ranges from rude talks, overworking, and sexual abuse to underpayment. Despite the fact that some of these teachers are trained and qualified to teach, some seniors still use all sorts of weapons to underrate them.
They are given the highest number of classes and involved in any development project around the school. Some seniors even go as far as leaving their subjects to them. These teachers work very hard in these schools and are responsible for the good grades.
They turn to job very early in the morning before everyone else and leave very late at night, just to ensure that the students have been given good knowledge to enable them pass their examinations. These are the same teachers who are paid peanuts in the name of salary, while their leaders are living a luxurious life.
What they are paid cannot meet their basic life requirement. Furthermore, they sometimes go without these few coins for a whole term as their heads claim that the school is under financial issues. It is during these times when these heads are spotted enjoying themselves at five star hotels.
