Nairobi, Kenya: Four suspected gangsters were Saturday shot dead by police after being caught stealing from a house in Loresho, Nairobi.
A fifth suspect who was in a waiting car sped off as police approached the scene in the midday incident.
Police say they recovered two pistols with 10 bullets from the men. They added that the gang has been behind a series of such attacks in the area in which people have lost household goods.
Head of special crimes prevention unit Noah Katumo said police are hunting for the one who escaped.
