Kenya: Ngei Ward rep Daniel Mutiso (pictured )has returned after going underground for 16 days.
The MCA had went missing after he allegedly received threats to his life.
Mutiso allegedly went into hiding on July 7. He claimed some people who were not happy with his stand on the forthcoming Mathare parliamentary by-elections were after him.
Mutiso, known for his ‘pop-star’ style of dressing has been noticeably missing from the assembly, until Karura rep Kamau Thuo raised concerns on July 22.
Speaker Alex ole Magelo had said that he had tried to reach Mutiso on phone without success.

On July 23, Mutiso walked into the assembly to the excitement of fellow members. He has since reported the threats to Pangani Police Station.
