Revealed: Xhaka fly to London to finalise Arsenal deal

Arsenal are on the verge of finalising a deal for Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Granit Xhaka, according to a friend of the player.

Xhaka's friend and journalist Arthan Muhaxhiri claims an agreement is close to being struck, and that the midfielder is on his way to London.

Muhaxhiri posted a picture of himself alongside Xhaka, captioning: “Just confirmed. Granit Xhaka is traveling to London to finalise an agreement with Arsenal FC! Congrats Granit!”

Xhaka is valued at £34million and would become Arsenal's first outfield summer signing for two years.
