The ‘yes’ and ‘no’ campaigns for the proposed constitution have gone a notch higher with Prime Minister Raila Odinga dismissing those opposed to the draft as hypocrytes and beneficiaries of ill-gotten wealth. Raila says religious leaders claiming the proposed constitution allows abortion are being dishonest and misleading their flock.
