For the second time in a week, a leopard struck at a village in Naivasha and killed 43 sheep.
Residents of Narasha village near Hells Gate National Park are now counting losses after the midnight attack, which involved a leopard and a hyena.
Residents of Narasha have given KWS a one-day ultimatum to trap the animals failure to which they would kill them.
The attack incidentally occurred in the home of Shaa ole Reperes, 80, who is a KWS honorary warden and has been involved in protecting wildlife.
