Former Nairobi Mayor Samuel Wainaina Mbugua has passed on. He died while receiving treatment at Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi.
Mbugua, who served as mayor between 1998 and 1999, is the father to former Nairobi Woman Representative Rachel Shebesh.
