A four-year-old boy was killed when a tombstone fell on him at a cemetery.
Levi Driver was playing while his family visited a grave when the five foot tall stone, which was almost 100 years old, toppled and struck him on the head.
He was rushed to hospital but pronounced dead.
Officials at the cemetery in Odessa, Texas, could not explain why the stone, dating from 1919, fell over.
Odessa Police spokesman Cpl Steve LeSueur said the Driver family were at the cemetery to pay respects to someone while the four-year-old played at a nearby gravesite.
