The festive season is here with us and many Kenyans are preparing to join loved ones to celebrate the occasion. Amid all this, there is a notable rise in insecurity in many parts of the country.
For instance, a catholic priest who had served for 41 years in Kericho was recently murdered. Also reported was the killing of a Thika Town Council official. The State should ensure adequate security to allow Kenyans celebrate Christmas without fear.
