Tech billionaire Elon Musk has welcomed his 14th child, a baby boy named Seldon Lycurgus, with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.

The announcement comes just weeks after conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair claimed she had given birth to Musk's 13th child and filed a paternity lawsuit against him.

Zilis confirmed the birth in a post on X, formerly Twitter, saying: "Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia's birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus. Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much."

Musk, 53, reacted to her post with a heart emoji but has made no further public comments.

The announcement of Musk's 14th child comes amid a growing controversy involving Ashley St. Clair, 26, who recently claimed she secretly gave birth to his 13th child five months ago.

In a post on X, St. Clair revealed: "Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father."

She captioned the post with the Latin phrase "Alea iacta est", meaning "The die is cast."

According to court filings, St. Clair has taken legal action, filing both a paternity and custody case.

She claims she and Musk were in a romantic relationship starting in May 2023 and were intimate in January 2024, which is when the child-identified in legal documents as R.S.C.-was conceived.

The influencer further alleges that Musk acknowledged paternity privately through written messages but has yet to do so publicly.

Additionally, she claims the billionaire was absent during the child's birth and has since ignored her and the baby.

Musk has not publicly addressed the lawsuit, and his legal representatives have not issued any statements.

Before the paternity dispute, Musk and St. Clair's interactions on X had already sparked speculation. Their public exchanges included playful banter and suggestive jokes about parenthood, reproduction, and relationships.

In July 2024, Musk publicly wished St. Clair a happy birthday, to which she responded with heart emojis.

He also frequently shared books on parenting and population growth, topics he has been outspoken about in recent years.

Musk has previously described declining birth rates as "one of the greatest threats to civilization", stating that "there are not enough people in the world today."

If St. Clair's lawsuit is successful, Musk's 13th child would be his fourth with a different mother.

The billionaire's known children include five with his ex-wife Justine Wilson who are twins Vivian and Griffin, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian.

Musk also has three children with singer Grimes, X AE A-12 (commonly known as "X"), daughter Exa Dark Siderael, and son Techno Mechanicus.

The billionaire also has four with Neuralink's Shivon Zilis: twins Strider and Azure, plus newborn Seldon Lycurgus.
