Veteran Kenyan actor Davis Hezron Mwabili behind the ‘Inspekta Mwala’ comedy show has disclosed that someone died because of him.
During a recent interview, Mwabili, who played Mwala in popular sitcom ‘Vitimbi’ revealed that the death arose from an argument regarding his (Mwabili’s) identity.
“The guys had an argument on who between the two of them knows me best. One of them said ‘it’s me that knows the guy more than you’.
“So he hit his colleague who later died” he revealed to ‘The Wicked Edition’s’ Dr King’ori.

The thespian also weighed in on an ongoing discussion that Kenyan music is being side-lined as music by Nigerians and Tanzanians receives massive airplay.
“Kenyan music is not sweet, si tamu. Whether you like it or not, hate, the truth is Kenyan music lacks direction and you cannot sing along.
“They need to style up,” said Mwabili.
