Police reports from Uganda indicate singer Emmanuel Mayanja Hummertone popularly known as AK47 was beaten first, before going to the bathroom to clean up, where he reportedly slipped and fell unconscious.

According to reports, AK47 was beaten at a bar identified as DEJAVU. The bar is said to belong to Jeff Kiwanuka, former manager of singing duo Radio and Weasel. He is yet to be interrogated.
Uganda’s Kabalagala Police Criminal Investigations Boss, Nusulah Kemigisha, said “We suspected foul play after realising the body had bruises on the chest and we decided to close the bar as investigations take shape.”
According to Uganda’s New Vision, further reports from the police station reveal suspects, Goodlyf, Leon Island Crew member Diamond Oscar and one Deejay Bobby are on the run in connection to AK47 death.
The two are set to make it to Kabalagala Police station for interrogations following the mysterious death of fellow singer AK47.
