Two Kayole sisters who were reportedly stripped naked have found a compassionate benefactor.

Bishop Thomas Wahome of Helicopter of Christ Ministries told The Nairobian he got a vision from God to help Regina Nyambura and her sister, Martha Wambui.

The pastor, who once claimed he could read people’s names in the ‘Book of Life,’ has offered to pay their rent, upkeep and fund any business of their choice.

Speaking to The Nairobian, the pastor said he was touched by the women’s plight when he saw their story in the media.

“When I saw the clip on TV, my heart sank. It is wrong, disrespectful and evil to strip a woman. It is a shameful act and I am glad the police finally managed to arrest the culprits.

I have decided to help the two sisters given the stress and trauma visited upon them,” said Bishop Wahome, adding that, “as a man of God, I cannot just sit and watch these women suffering.”

Says the bishop: “Just like the Bible says, what the right hand gives, the left hand should not know. I have decided to help these women after God instructed me in a vision to do so.”

Nyambura was reportedly assaulted by a group of men who tore her panties and sexually molested her. She claims they have now received death threats from unidentified men after her the suspected attackers were arrested.

“Since the suspects were arrested, we have been sleeping in lodgings and at friends’ houses because we fear for our safety. Neighbours said irate men have been around our house,” Martha said.

The two sisters are happy that the bishop has come to their aid.

Bishop Wahome said that it is wrong to judge a woman by her dressing.

“Sometimes women who dress in miniskirts have good morals and those who hide in the name of decent dressing are rotten,” he said.
