Our country is full of resources that can take us to the next level. We simply need pro-active and dynamic leadership to make optimum utilisation of the resources.
Donor funds coupled with rampant corruption increase the county’s foreign burden as little of the borrowed amount is channelled to development while the rest goes to individuals’ pockets.
As a matter of fact, recent reports indicate that our country has borrowed Sh108 billion in the last eight months from country’s such as China, Australia and others.
Over-dependence on foreign aid will make us slaves in our own country.

We need to boost our tourism sector, boost local industries to create more employment and generate income, woo investors into the country as well as promote young entrepreneurs.
While we complain about poverty and no opportunities in our country, entrepreneurs from China see great opportunities, and reap millions of shillings from us.
We need to wake up as a country, otherwise we will turn to be slaves and beggars in our own territory.
