Africa: Communications firm Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Shaun Poole as the regional director for Africa. He will be stationed in Nairobi.
Mr Poole joins the African operation from Hill+Knowlton, Istanbul.
He will be a key driver of the growth of the agency’s footprint in Africa - developing and providing strategic and senior level communications counsel and guidance to the firm’s clients.
His appointment comes at a time when Hill+Knwolton has seen its network expand to other key African markets like Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Uganda and Rwanda.
President and Chief Executive for Africa, the Middle East and Turkey, Sconaid McGeachin, said Poole is experienced in multi-market client engagements and brings in a blend of skills and experience that will be beneficial for a business that has a presence across the continent.
