Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Officers yesterday played video clips at a Nakuru court that they allegedly recorded three years ago after nabbing a former Namanga District Officer (DO) receiving a bribe.
Senior State Counsel Martin Rabera showed Senior Principal Magistrate Felix Kombo how the former DO received the bribe in his office in Namanga District on March 2, 2011.
The DO is said to have demanded a bribe before he would release a pair of number plates and the battery sticker of a motor vehicle allegedly confiscated by police officers attached to his office.
The video also showed the DO handing the cash back to the officers.
