MOMBASA COUNTY, KENYA: There was drama in Mombasa when a lawyer faced the fury of his clients over a multi-million compensation suit.
The clients appear to have been angered by the postponement of their case at the Mombasa Law Courts.
Their lawyer allegedly entered into an agreement with the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) to postpone the case to February 28.
They confronted him outside the court after the proceedings, accusing him of behaving arrogantly towards them.

Frogmatched him
The lawyer, however, defended himself, saying the former workers of Packaging Manufacturers Limited had refused to give him an opportunity to explain what had transpired in court.
They were expecting the judge to confirm that an instalment of Sh5 million out of the Sh21 million they are owed by their former employer would be given to them today.
The angry mob frogmatched him along the streets as thousands of onlookers watched in amusement. They also claimed the lawyer took over the case without knowing all the details.
