Access Kenya has partnered with AoN Minet in an insurance value addition plan aimed at increasing the penetration of Internet among its subscribers.
Through Access Kenya home Internet package Access@home, the listed Internet Services provider would offer Insurance package at half premium - yearly charges.
"This is a milestone to us as we continue to steer the company towards forging new alliances and partnerships to further improve the value proposition to our current and future clients," said AccessKenya’s Group Managing Director, Mr Jonathan Somen.

He said home owners looking for cheaper insurance also necessitated the collaboration.
"Clients will be able to sign up onto the value package at two rates. For Sh4,200, one will receive home Internet as well as home insurance worth Sh 500,000."
