A man was charged in a Malindi court with two counts of cyber-crime. Isaac Mwaura was accused of hacking into an email account belonging to a director of Temple Point Resort in Watamu.

Mr Mwaura had pleaded not guilty to two counts of cybercrime at the Milimani court in Nairobi on April 29, 2015 before the case was transferred to  Malindi.

Mwaura, who is out on bond, was charged that on diverse dates in 2014 at unknown location within Kenya, knowingly and without lawful excuse, accessed the account md@templepointresort.com belonging to Hans Langer who is the director and owner of the hotel.
