"This workshop gives us the opportunity for developing that much-needed co-ordinated approach," Muthaura said.
He called on all Government agencies to identify technical officers, who would liaise with the Law Reform Commission, office of the Attorney General and the Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution.
"The officers should converge regularly to deliberate on implementation," Muthaura explained.
He added that even as they deploy Constitution implementation liaison officers, there is need to identify a focal point for convening.
"I would propose the Law Reform Commission to be the convenor here,’’ he said.
Kenya Law Reform Commission chairman Kathurima M’Noti termed the workshop as an important forum to think together and create synergy and co-ordination, as Kenyans aspire to have fortune in the new era.
