Former Makadara MP Reuben Ndolo was last night arrested for creating disturbance and threatening to kill.
The former legislator was among seven arrested at Bustani Gardens along Oledume Road where they threatened to kill a city businessman over a parcel of land.
Sources indicate that the former MP and a businessman are engaged in a vicious fight over the said piece of land.

The other six suspects include Daniel Otieno Juma, George Otieno, Cyrus Nyamboga Gichana, Bernard Ochieng Andai, Dick Otieno Ombaka and Hassan Dima Wario.
All the suspects are in police custody awaiting arraignment on Monday to face charges after investigations are completed.
