Kisumu ODM Woman Representative candidate Rosa Buyu and her rival Hildah Adhiambo (independent candidate) hugged each other at the end of a meeting called by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) and Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) in Kisumu on Tuesday.
All candidates agreed to play by the rules to avoid chaos.
