Airtel Kenya has been recognised as Socially Devoted by Social Bakers.

This is after attaining a response rate of 99 per cent on Twitter and 100 per cent on Facebook for the period between July and September 2016. Airtel was recognised as a result of its use of social media platforms to effectively engage with its customers.
