A woman who was alleged to have been married to two men in Mombasa now wants to sue for damages over claims that her name has been tarnished.

The woman walked to the law courts in Mombasa on Tuesday looking for an advocate to help her sue for damages.

She went to the public relations desk and requested for help on how she can sue for damages.

A customer care lady at the desk confirmed the woman who has never appeared in public over claims two men had signed a contract not to fight over her had gone to court looking for a lawyer.

“A woman claiming she had been defamed by the allegation that she was married to two men came here and I directed her to see lawyer Gakui Ngachaku," said the lady.

Gakui when contacted admitted the lady whose name she did not divulge had contacted her seeking to file a case over defamation.

“Yes a customer care lady in the court referred the woman to me and I have advised her on what she should do,” said Gakui.

Gakui a senior criminal lawyer in Mombasa however declined to divulge more details about the woman whose story has attracted attention of media houses after two men claimed they had signed an agreement not to fight over her.

The men who went public agreed to marry the woman and agreed they would share her because she loves all of them as they also do the same.

But one of the lovers, a 26 year-old man Mr Sylvester
Mwenda who signed the agreement is believed to have been shown the door over unexplained circumstances.

Mr Mwenda admitted he was in love with the woman, he
believes she was the only woman he loves and was ready to do anything to please her.

He explained that his love for the woman was so deep and was
ready to do anything, including sharing her with another man.

Mwenda who has been overwhelmed by the beauty of the woman says the lover was also hardworking which gives her unique quality above the others.
