Fridah Shiroya has been re-elected as chairperson of the Kenya Softball Federation (KSF).
Shiroya, who is set to return as the treasurer of National Olympic Committee-Kenya (Noc-K), was unopposed during elections Nairobi on Saturday.
All KFF officials were unopposed. They are Susan Magiri and Lewis Terer (first and second vice-chairmen), Francis Karugu (secretary general), Salanik ole Koyiet (assistant secretary), Farad Khimji (treasurer), Judy Amboka (assistant treasurer) and Miendo Salamba (organiser and development secretary).
Jared Ouko, Joel Mulelu and Donald Liru are committee members.
Shiroya said: "The constitution stipulates that all federations must conduct elections before the Noc-K’s and the KSF fraternity is glad to complete the exercise," she said.
Shiroya said KSF, like the rest of the local federations, has one vote for the Noc-K elections.
Because Noc-K executive members have voting powers it means KSF shall have two votes — one by Shiroya and the other by a KSF representative.
