It will probably go down as the most secret celebrity wedding in the history of showbiz, and Pulse has details on how rapper Abbas Kubaff and his girlfriend, Ann English, walked down the aisle this week, the rapper’s second take since he separated from Baby Gangsta in 2009.

It was a private affair that was held on the shores of the Indian Ocean, on Tuesday.

The two exchanged their vows before about 30 guests, mostly family members and very close friends from the local music industry. Among them was former K–South member Bamboo, fellow rapper Lon Jon (his best man), Capital FM’s electronic DJ UV and Nigerian-based Kenyan artiste Kelmah Shikoh. “I did not want all the noise. It was our families’ wish for us to keep this private, and the two of us wanted the same for ourselves,” Abbas told Pulse.

The couple, who welcomed their first born recently looked happy as they posed for photos. Abbas looked amazing in a dark blue suit that matched well with a purple shirt and a bow tie. He wore a stud on his left ear. Ann had on a flowing dress and her hands were decorated with semi-permanent tattoos. After the vows, a small ceremony of 100 guests followed at a luxury Diani spot with friends toasting to the new beginning. The wedding comes shortly after the couple’s close friends Sugar and Brian married in Nairobi.
