For the past few weeks, Kenyans have been introduced to
relatively new terms thanks to the Coronavirus.
One term that is on everyone’s lips is self-quarantine.
Health CS Mutahi Kagwe has often told those who feel unwell
during this period to self-quarantine but do we really know what it entails?
According to the Ministry of Health, it refers to separating
yourself for 14 days if you suspect that you may have been exposed to Coronavirus
(COVID-19).
You should use that period to monitor if you will develop
symptoms.
