Hundreds of motorists got stuck at Suswa on the Narok-Mai Mahiu Road following heavy flash floods.
The floods were accompanied by mud and boulders, which hit a vehicle (pictured above).
No casualties were reported.
The floods cut off a section of the road.

Sources said the snarl up stretched for more than an hour following the downpour being experienced in the area.
Several vehicles were stuck in the mud.
No vehicles were moving from the Nairobi side and none from the Narok direction.
Chinese workers at the nearby Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) site worked to clear the debris.
