CS's troubles deepen as top official to testify against him in probe

The goose of a member of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Cabinet who is under probe over a malpractice seems to be already cooked.

This is after a senior official working in the same ministry under the Cabinet Secretary offered to testify against him.

Sources have told The Grapevine that the top officer who is in possession of damning details that may deal a death knell to the career of the renowned Minister got in touch with security agents over the weekend. 

“The senior staffer is ready to swear an affidavit against the CS and volunteer any information that will be helpful in the probe” said a man who is familiar with the ongoing probe against the CS.

It has also emerged that the CS is not in good terms with most of the staffs in the ministry following reports of celebrations over his troubles.
