Mudavadi's ANC on the spot over fraud claims

The revelation that police are looking for nominated Senator Petronilla Were of Amani National Congress (ANC) over claims of obtaining money by false pretense appears to have opened a Pandora’s box in Musalia Mudavadi’s party.

Our sources tell us that some worry officials have pushed for the expansion of the probe to net more officials linked to the alleged fraud at the party.

Insiders say the probe is zeroing on another MP and a member of the secretariat and it is only a matter of time before the legislator is apprehended.
