John Kamau Murigi will remain in remand for kicking a man in his private parts, until the complainant is discharged from hospital.
Murigi allegedly kicked Samuel Kamau Maina in the testicles on February 18 in Eastleigh.
Maina has since been admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital. Kamau told police he was walking home from the market when he met the accused.
The complainant told police it was not his first time to see the accused having met before at the bus terminus.

Murigi will be remanded until March 2.
