Former Kenya Cup side Western Bulls will travel to play newbies Shamas Foundation Rugby Club in a top of the table KRU Championship clash at the Rugby Football Union of East Africa (RFUEA) grounds on Saturday.
Western Bulls kicked off the new season on a high note last weekend after thumping Kabarak University 29-0.
They scored five tries in the match that saw them pick a bonus-point win which placed them top of the second tier league with five points same as Shamas.
Shamas were promoted from the Nationwide Division One league and marked their debut with a bonus point win against Kisumu RFC.
The two sides clash in an early 1pm kick-off match at the RFUES grounds which will also host a Kenya Cup match against Kenya Harlequin and Masinde Muliro University from 3pm.
In Eldoret, Northern Suburbs make a trip where they face Eldoret rugby at the University of Eldoret as South Coast Pirates welcome Njoro based Egerton University at the Diani grounds.
Newbies Kabarak will be facing USIU martials at the Impala Club as Catholic University play their first home match against Kisumu at the Catholic University grounds
