Mario Balotell is reported to have personally rang up AC Milan's joint-CEO to apologise after he missed a penalty this weekend.
The on-loan Liverpool striker failed from the spot during the Rossoneri's 3-3 home draw with Frosinone and is still fighting to be given a permanent deal at the San Siro.

Galliani last month insisted Balotelli still has to prove his worth to the club in the final games of the season.
