Shock as matatu tout beats up passenger over change

So you thought only foul-mouthed touts populate our roads?

Wrong! One passenger from Kitengela is crying out for justice after she was accosted by a female tout.

The enraged matatu attendant is said to have slapped the passenger after she demanded her balance. She had given out a large denomination note but the tout claimed that she had no change.

On nearing the destination, the story changed and the tout behaved as if she had not been paid.

It is at this point that she slapped the passenger and jumped out of the moving bus.
