Joho blocked from attending SGR train flag off

GSU officers block Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho from attending the Miritini inaugural SGR train flag off to Nairobi. 

Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho, a fierce critic of Uhuru, has accused him of sidelining the Coast region in his development plans and allegedly re-launching same projects to hoodwink the voters. 

President Uhuru Tuesday renewed his criticism of Joho, accusing him of failure to deal with garbage problem in the coastal county. 

Governor Joho did not attend Uhuru's functions on Tuesday. However, his efforts to attend Wednesday’s flag off were rendered futile after he was blocked by security officers.
