Suspected Al-Shabaab militants on Monday morning, January 3 killed six people in Widho area in Lamu West Sub-County.
Four of the victims were burnt to death, while two were tortured and thereafter shot dead.
The incident occurred minutes past midnight.
It is alleged the suspected militants captured one person and ordered him to take him to the other five.

Police arrived at the scene on Monday morning, and efforts to trace the killers are ongoing.
