Liverpool and Manchester City arguably both deserve to be Premier League champions this season, but only one team will win the title on Sunday (12/05/2018).

City are strong favourites to defend their crown, needing a win at Brighton and Hove Albion to retain the trophy.

Anything less will open the door for Jurgen Klopp’s men to clinch glory with victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield.

Since the title will be decided on Sunday, it will not be a walkover for Pep Guardiola’s soldiers.
