Nakuru, Kenya: Two students who were forced to repeat Form Three Thursday rejoiced after a school’s board of governors accepted to allow them to proceed to the next class following a court order.

Two weeks ago, Mary Mount Secondary School Principal Sr Catherine Thuku defied a directive by a court to have the students join Form Four pending hearing of the case.

Dorothy Onyancha and Keren Wairimu had been instructed by Mary Mount Secondary School to repeat Form Three on November 20, 2013 on claims of exam cheating.

Lady Justice Roslyne Wendoh ordered the school to have the two students continue with their studies.
