A more advanced and user-friendly sanitary towel has been launched in the Kenyan market.
The All Whitel iGel sanitary towel is manufactured by Sanitary Pads and Diapers International, a locally incorporated company with global affiliates in China and the US.
‘‘The revolutionary product has been modified and improved using US-based iGel technonology,’’ says the firm’s Group managing director Peter Kuguru.
He added that the product has unique features that provide intelligent dry reset performance to users.
‘‘Only All Whites iGel provides intelligent dry reset performance. It is not only ultra-absorbant, but it adjusts to the frequency of a woman’s cycle to automatically reset when needed,’’ a statement from the firm said yesterday.
Kuguru explained that the product will initially be available through Nakumatt Stores countywide.
