Wantaway Sofapaka striker Bob Mugalia has set his sights on moving to Kenyan Premier League (KPL) rivals Gor Mahia, labelling the prospect "my priority".
The 20-year-old international striker told FeverPitch he would consider parting ways with the former champions probably in this transfer window to join his dream team Gor Mahia or their rivals AFC Leopards.

K’Ogalo has been mooted as a possible destination and Mugalia revealed in a telephone interview that negotiations were under way and he would relish the challenge.
More trophies
Asked if he would be interested in the move, he replied: "Who would not be? In fact the move has always been on my mind. Gor is one of the best clubs in the country and has always been my dream team since childhood. I love their passionate fans and the way they play.
"Our football career is very short and one has to enjoy every bit of the limited career before it elapses.
"I also want to win more trophies and I think I can do that with Gor Mahia. My contract at Sofapaka should not be an issue."
The striker says both Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards have a sound following locally and it is dream to play for either one of them.
When reached for comment, Sofapaka president Elly Kalekwa said if Gor are willing to talk to him then he has no problem.
FeverPitch lenses spotted the Congolese-born striker wearing a Gor Mahia jersey on April 6, when K’Ogalo beat Mathare United 2-0 in a Top 8 encounter at the Nyayo National Stadium.
Childhood club
When asked, he said he was just wearing the jersey because he was an ardent supporter of the team since his childhood days, but had no mercy against them whenever Sofapaka clashed with them.
The striker’s announcement may be a blow to Sofapaka who are planning to face Tunisia’s Club Africain on Saturday in the return leg of the CAF Confederation Cup where they need a 4-0 win to progress to the next level after suffering a 3-0 loss in Tunis a week ago.
Mugalia is one of Sofapaka’s key strikers and coach Francis Kimanzi would highly rely on his services if he is to overcome the 3-0 deficit.
He has previously been linked with moves to Tanzania’s huge spending league side Azam United and APR of Rwanda but nothing materialised and it would be interesting to see how this one goes.
At the moment Gor are placed sixth on the league standings on 20 points from 12 matches, eight points adrift of surprise leaders Rangers FC, while Sofapaka are eighth on 16 points.
