BBI, 2022 succession politics takes centre stage in a burial ceremony as DP asks for national dialogue over drowning economy. Deputy President William Ruto yesterday assured that the government will finalize all Jubilee government initiated roads and projects in Makueni. The DP spoke after an outcry where locals accused a contractor who had been awarded contract to build a road in Mbooni-Utangwa region. Ruto said that service delivery in counties was deteriorating due to lack of funds admitting that the country was slowly draining economically. o He noted that some priorities the government was doing was out of course. On politics, the DP ridiculed Wiper party of joining the Jubilee government and yet they had no major voice in decision making asking Wiper to make informed decisions ahead of 2022. Ruto asked the ODM party leader Raila Odinga to stop escaping from the government that he already joined through handshake saying that it was Raila who kept on criticizing Jubilee project before joining government.
