- Miguna claims that a self-identifying caller threatened him
- In a tweet, Miguna accused Jubilee of being behind the whole ordeal
- Kenyans had different views on his claims
Author of ‘Peeling back the mask’ and former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Miguna Miguna caused a stir on Twitter by claiming that he has been threatened.
Miguna, who has recently shown full support to National Super Alliance (NASA) Coalition said that he received a call on December 6 from a caller who identified himself.
6 days to The Swearing in of The People's President, on Dec. 6, 2017 at 6:39pm a man self-identifying as "Kamau of NIS" called and threatened me from 0715-540-610. @JubileePartyK despots know that I'm at my Nairobi home. Let them them try and get me. I'm not afraid of them.See Also: Family of Githurai girl who went viral after singing Alicia Key's 'Girl on Fire' song received threats— Dr. Miguna Miguna (@MigunaMiguna) December 6, 2017
The vocal politician has been on many occasions made remarks that condemn Uhuru Kenyatta’s regime since he swore his allegiance to NASA and its branch National Resistance Movement (NRM).
Miguna’s tweet did not go unnoticed as Kenyans on Twitter responded, some for him and others against him.
Miguna, as usual, did not hesitate to engage them in a back and forth conversation.

Where is the swearing going to be?..Don't take people's lives for granted. Life is more precious and is from God. Don't use people's lives for selfish gains and power.
