Civilians impersonating police officers, robbing residents during curfew arrested

Four civilians who were caught impersonating police officers in Changamwe, Mombasa County have been arrested.

According to Changamwe Police Commander, Ali Ndiema, while speaking to Citizen digital, the four allegedly arrested residents found without masks and violating curfew rules.
