Or how do you explain a move to declare some of the washrooms in the precincts of the national assembly as out of bounds for non- MPS?

In the past, some politicians have made startling revelation about what goes on in the cubicles- including allegations that MPs exchange bribes in the small rooms and others take advantage of the privacy of the place to smoke bhang.

Could the bizarre allegations be true, considering the decision to ban nonmembers to use some of the toilets?
