Ureport has learnt that one of the suspected terrorists who was killed by security personnel at Dusit Complex lived at Guango Estate in Ruaka.
According to some of the area’s residents who recognized his face after photos were circulated on social media, the suspect, who lived at house number E9, was laidback and no one really knew how he operated.
“He rented a house just under two months ago and he was very courteous.
“Whenever he drove past me he would say hi,” revealed a neighbour.
Police had cordoned off the area surrounding his house and reports indicated that there was a drilled hole in his house.
It is believed that the deceased was well-off financially, considering the fact that the average rent in the area is Sh50,000.
President Uhuru Kenyatta on Wednesday assured the nation that all the attackers had been killed and urged Kenyans to go back to work.
He condemned the cowardly act that claimed 14 lives but commended security forces for handling the situation with professionalism.
