MP sad after being ridiculed [COURTESY]
  • An MP who has made news for all the wrong reasons is now seeking refuge in churches
  • The MP is said not to know why he got elected into office

A beleaguered first-term MP from Nyanza has run to the church to pray for his social media tormentors, who have denied him peace since he won his seat.

The politician has been photographed in different churches worshiping and in some instances captured shedding tears.

The MP has been trending on social media – and has also graced this page not once – for all the wrong reasons.

On Friday when NASA leader Raila Odinga visited the region the MP was shut down by the locals, pushing him back to the miserable life he is trying to get out of.

The newbie politician’s only way of giving back to his voters was also rejected at the weekend by youths.

Grapevine has spotted photos of the troubled politician doing rounds on social media, with his critics having a field day ridiculing him for having no idea why he was voted to represent a constituency.
