Famous Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) supporter Nicholas Owino has been discharged from hospital after being there for a month.
Nicholas, popularly known as Baba Chungwa is a famous for attending political rallies in his ODM attire and a head ornament made of oranges.
He was first taken to Kenyatta hospital by Nairobi Women Representative Esther Passaris after being run over by a Prado on October 9 during anti-IEB demos among three other supporters.
He needed multiple surgeries from the multiple fractures he suffered when the vehicle ran over him.
Baba Chungwa was later moved to a hospital in Kisumu by Daughters of Raila and NASA volunteers after calling on Kenyans to help him.
He claimed that Kenyatta hospital had abandoned him.
Passaris today posted a live video of Baba Chungwa going back to his house.
The video, in which Baba Chungwa is sporting a National Resistance Movement (NRM) t-shirt shows the interior of his scanty house.

The scantiness of the house caught the attention of Kenyans on twitter who thanked Passaris for following up and requested her to move Nicholas to a better residence.
