Babu Owino and Charles Njagua engaged in a fist fight in Parliament
The scuffle was believed to have been caused by election laws Jubilee has presented to Parliament
Did some Nairobi Jubilee MPs have a sinister plan to physically attack controversial Embakasi East MP Babu Owino for insulting president Uhuru Kenyatta?
Grapevine has established that Owino who was involved in a scuffle with Starehe MP Charles Njagua alias Jaguar at the media center was advised against venturing into the main parliamentary chambers, where reportedly a plan had been mooted to beat him up.
What started as an exchange of words spread like a bush fire and culminated to a fist fight between Starehe MP Charles Jaguar and Embakasi East MP Babu Owino in parliament on 10th October 2017.
Their woes as young as they may be was about the Presidential campaigns and elections.
The former student leader should be counting his lucky stars because had he been lured into the chambers, away from the glare of the cameras-he would have likely been hurt considering at the time the altercation occurred, majority of the opposition MPs were at a press conference called by Raila Odinga.
It is not lost that Jaguar had last month during a church service vowed to engage the opposition MP in a fistfight.
