Owners of a building registered as a church have been reported to the authorities in Nashville the capital of Tennessee State in the US for operating a sex club at an area dominated by Christians.
The city under cover inspectors found the owners conducting the unexpected business away from activities that would promote Christian faith as had been authorized.
A local television network on Saturday reported that the city had filed a complaint against the owners for “maintaining a public nuisance by permitting acts of lewd conduct” and being in violation of a legal requirement that sex clubs can only be operational at least 1,000 feet away from a school.
The inspectors determined that the sex club was running near the back of Goodpasture Christian School thus a violation of law since the nearer it can be allowed to operate is about 304 meters away from a learning institution.
This apparently would see the owners charged two offenses as they expected the building to be a fellowship house together with the violation of law.
The inspectors posed as clubbers and paid $40 to enter the facility in March and filed affidavits detailing sex acts they witnessed within and were now seeking closer of the club.
